Scope of These Terms

These Terms govern your use of the vj8 platform in all its forms, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino gaming, slots, virtual games, promotional offers, and all associated account and payment services. These Terms apply to all players accessing the platform from Bangladesh and any other permitted jurisdiction.

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active vj8 account. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds therein.
• One account per device / household: Multiple accounts registered from the same device, IP address, or household address may be treated as duplicate accounts and subject to the same restrictions.
• Accurate identity: You must not register using false, fictitious, or borrowed identity information. Any account found to contain fraudulent identity data will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
• Verification: vj8 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the vj8 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. vj8 does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific location. Players who access the platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

Password and Access Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your vj8 login credentials, including your username and password. Failure to maintain an active and accurate mobile number may limit your ability to recover access to your account.

Deposits

vj8 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select Bangladeshi bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Deposits are typically credited to your vj8 wallet within seconds for mobile payment methods.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing times.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect player funds. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions.

Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on the vj8 platform are subject to acceptance by vj8. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an explicit confirmation reference. vj8 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets placed on incorrectly priced markets, or bets that exceed stated account or market limits.

Void Bets and Settlements

Markets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant sporting authority or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, vj8's decision shall be final. Bets may be voided where:

• An event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled and not replayed within the applicable settlement window.
• A technical error affected the availability of odds or the recording of the bet.

Prohibited Betting Activity

The following betting activities are strictly prohibited on the vj8 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, bet voidance, and forfeiture of winnings:

• Arbitrage betting exploiting price differences across markets or platforms.
• Syndicated or coordinated betting designed to manipulate market prices or exploit platform vulnerabilities.

General Bonus Terms

Disclaimer

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vj8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses resulting from betting decisions, technical faults, third-party payment processing delays, or force majeure events.

Language of Agreement

These Terms are drafted and shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between the English text of these Terms and any translated version, the English text shall prevail.
